At Oneiro, every creation is created with the utmost care to offer you exceptional jewelry. If, however, your purchase does not perfectly meet your expectations, we offer you the possibility of a return under certain conditions.
Returns & Refunds
- Engagement rings and personalized creations (engravings, custom orders, specific modifications) are neither refundable nor exchangeable, due to their unique character.
- For our fine jewelry pieces, you have 15 days from receipt of your order to make a return.
- The jewel must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered and accompanied by its original packaging and certificate of authenticity.
- After inspection and validation of the jewel's condition, a refund will be made according to the original method of payment.
Resizing
- We offer the possibility of changing the size of your ring, subject to feasibility.
- The possibility of an adjustment depends on the model and the extent of the size change. Some designs do not allow modification.
- If an adjustment is possible, a fee may apply depending on the complexity of the operation.
