Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
The present general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of Oneiro and its customers in the context of the sale of jewelry.
2. Products & Personalization
- Each piece of jewelry is carefully crafted to the highest jewelry standards.
- Photos and descriptions are provided for information only and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the creations.
- Personalized jewelry (engravings, custom orders, engagement rings) cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Prices & Payment
- Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT for orders within the EU and excluding VAT for international orders.
- Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
- Payments are secure and accepted via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.
4. Delivery & Customs
- Free delivery in France and abroad.
- For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.
- Oneiro is not responsible for delays due to customs formalities.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Engagement rings and personalized jewelry are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Fine jewelry pieces may be returned within 15 days, provided they have not been worn and are returned in their original condition with packaging and certificate.
- Size adjustments are possible depending on the model and change requested. Additional fees may apply.
6. Warranties & Repairs
- All our jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, shock or damage caused by misuse.
- A repair service is available. An estimate will be drawn up according to the repairs required.
7. Intellectual property rights
- All designs and contents of the Oneiro website are protected and remain the exclusive property of the brand.
8. Applicable Law & Disputes
- The present conditions are governed by French law.
- In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
